Individuals must be 18 years of age to sell, serve and pour in New Jersey

Age to Consume

Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol

Accepted Forms of Identification

Acceptable forms of ID include:

• A valid New Jersey or out-of-state driver's license
• A valid state or federal government photo ID
• A valid military ID with a photo
• A valid passport, or passport card

IDs must have an unexpired photograph and show no evidence of tampering.
