Module 1 Objectives
Once you’ve finished this module, you should be able to:

  • Correctly define terms relating to the sale or serving of alcohol in the State of Utah.
  • Describe the positive and negative impacts of alcohol sales on the community.
  • Discuss the cost to the community for the overuse of alcohol.
  • Describe your role as a responsible server of alcohol in public establishments.
